Smoking in the house is strictly forbidden. If you do smoke inside we will charge you for a deep clean to get rid of the smell.

Please turn off the air conditioning, lights and other appliances when you leave the apartment.

Please don't bring unregistered guests to the apartment. If you want to invite someone, please let us know in advance.

The sewage system can't handle toilet paper, baby wipes or anything else. Please throw these items in the bin next to the toilet.
